My long-time friends Ann & Bill Cockerill have several of my original pastel drawings at the gallery, and they always have a selection of my reproductions at their wonderful gallery and frame shop in Austell.
Gallery hours are: Tuesday through Saturday 10 am til 5:30
Directions: Take I-20 west out of Atlanta to the Thornton Rd. exit & head right; watch for the Bankhead Hwy (Veterans Memorial Hwy) intersection and turn right. When you see Wallace Barbeque on the right you're getting close. Not far ahead you'll see Langley Volkswagon on your left with Cemetery Street just past it. Turn left, and you'll see the Red Cockerill gallery!
The Red Cockerill Gallery at Powder Springs Florist is located in the historic building located at 444 Marietta Street in downtown Powder Springs. Come by soon to see a wonderful selection of fine art and reproductions, amidst the charming atmosphere of the florist shop! My drawing of the old Manchester Mill ruins at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Douglas County, GA. is available there.

THE TALLULAH GALLERY
The Tallulah Gallery currently has available for purchase several reproductions plus three original pastel drawings: a landscape of Kennesaw Mountain, a poignant rendering of the now-extinct Anderson Farm in Austell, and a river scene from north Georgia. The Tallulah Gallery is located on the scenic road that takes you to the beautiful Tallulah Gorge overlook (Old US 441 Loop) in Tallulah Falls. From Atlanta, take I-85 north to 985, continue to 365/441 and watch for the Tallulah Gorge Scenic Loop Hwy. 15 on your right. Turn there, and the gallery is just up the hill! This fine art gallery is located in a beautiful brick structure at 4463 Cherokee Street, on the north side of the tracks. Along with 35 of the best artists I've ever met, we have a Salon Gallery that always features several of our originals. The Featured Artist Room changes each month, with one or two of our members gathering the best of their work to show. We have a reception on the first Friday of each month in conjunction with Acworth city's "First Friday" event; this is the perfect time to visit! Come to our next reception, 6:30 -10 pm.
